Doors & Windows profiles

Profile shapes: A complete range of elastomer round and square cords plus a huge range of standard hand guard, door, joint and clamping profiles are available from stock. We manufacture profile shapes according to customers’ requirements as well as inflatable seals under our AIRMATIC® sealing system.

Base materials: NR/SBR, SBR, IIR, EPDM, CR, NBR, HNBR, VMQ, FVMQ, FKM. For most applications, standard materials are deployable. Specially formulated materials can also be supplied for specific deployments.

Tolerances: To enable you to factor in dimensional deviations caused by fabrication, the profile dimensions are categorized in tolerance classes in accordance with DIN ISO 3302-1 (Class E1/L1, Class E2/L2, Class E3/L3).
